Day 1

Warmups:
Run 3 laps
Stretches
Small game of tag(1-2 rounds)

Drills:
Spiking
Volley/dig + spike
Blocking spikes
Serving(underhand/overhand)

Group A2

Warmups:
6 mins or running+ stretching
10-15 mins of practising volleys to set up a spike, digs, and volleys over net.
